Rental rates include the camp, parking, heat, electricity, and use of furniture, equipment, and boats, for up to six people.

• $250 per night, $1500 per week, June-September
Fall & Spring:
• $175 per night, $1000 per week, October, May
Add to these rates:
• Cleaning fee: $100 per visit
• Vermont rooms and meals tax of 9%
No pets. No smoking indoors.
